TRACKING

• DHL have a fantastic tracking system that starts with a notification by text or email as soon as your order leaves our factory.
• You will then receive a one hour delivery window and a further 6 updates as your order makes its way to you.
• You can communicate and reply directly to DHL if there are any issues or changes required.

COLLECTION & DELIVERY TIMES

Same Day Despatch & Next Day Delivery is included in our prices and this year we have extended our collection time to 4pm to give you more time to get your orders to us.

• Monday order before 4pm for delivery on Tuesday
• Tuesday order before 4pm for delivery on Wednesday
• Wednesday order before 4pm for delivery on Thursday
• Thursday order before 4pm for delivery on Friday
• Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday*
• Saturday & Sunday - NO DESPATCHES
  

* Delivery can be scheduled for Saturday subject to a supplementary charge of £4.99 per order. This option appears as you checkout.

Orders received after 4pm may take up to 48 hours to be delivered
