Ordered platters Tuesday pm. Order processed Wednesday, order 'despatched " according to an automated email which included tracking. Tracked parcel not" yet collected " delayed by DHL on tracking. Never arrived on Thursday so attempt to get parcel at DHL depot, they tell me it hasn't been scanned in yet, so never left Caterline. Email Caterline, Thursday pm. No response. Visited DHL Friday am in hope it had arrived overnight. Still not left Caterline. Function is today, so had to go searching for platters I could collect this morning. Emailed Caterline again and 'still waiting waiting for a reply. Poor, disappointing customer service left me in dispair. Moral of the story order a couple weeks early or shop elsewhere with someone who might just appreciate your custom more than Caterline 👎
